The Goss siblings; Addisyn (11), Sheridan (16) and Jaxson (14), founded and operate Snuggle Sacks – Homeless Survival Kits. When the siblings learned their grandfather was homeless for a few years they felt a calling to bring awareness to homelessness.
The siblings live near Flint, Michigan, where homelessness is abundant. They quickly went to work providing survival kits directly to the homeless through local shelters and government agencies. They now average about 500 sacks per month and recently surpassed 10,000 since they started. The siblings spend countless hours per week inviting other youth into their warehouse to learn about homelessness and help assemble bags, and deliver throughout the week and on the weekends.
